Alton Winter Carnival Due to Covid-19 safety precautions, we will not be able to host this large-scale fundraising event in the form that we typically do. With that said, we are still committed to bringing some WINTER FUN to our community!! We’ll be offering smaller (safer) sponsored events featuring an Ice Sculpture Walking Tour, Bob House Decorating Contest, AND a virtual fundraising RAFFLE, with amazing products, services, and gift certificates donated from members and surrounding businesses.
