ABA July Monthly Member Highlight:
Every month we sit down with one of our amazing ABA members to get to know them a little better! For July, wespoke with Reilly Glover, Lead Agent and Marketing Manager of Dore Holland Home Group. We ask each member the same questions, providing an opportunity for our members to highlight the important work that they do in our communities. Q: Tell us about your business?
A: We are a local real estate group in the Lakes Region. We have a team of 12 agents ranging from Meredith to Alton and Bradford, NH.
Q: Tell us about yourself:
A: I am a very analytical person so I took over the marketing side of the business. This includes marketing for our client’s homes as well as securing new business leads for our team.
Personally I love the outdoors and hiking and spending as much quality time with my Fiancé Kyana as we can. We just bought our first home in Alton and look forward to being part of this wonderful community.
Q: How did your business get started?
A: Our business started with Aaron Dore and Jamie Holland creating a real estate team different than most. Aaron was on a few teams prior to the partnership and wanted to create a casual team that truly cared about our client’s interest. Our team isn’t about getting the highest priced homes or the money, it is about helping our client’s get where they need to be and assisting them transition as smooth as possible. We pride ourselves on our honesty, communication and integrity.
Q: What has your relationship with the Alton Business Association done for you or
A: The ABA has allowed us to get in front of many community members that we normally would not have had the opportunity to. We had attended the Winter Carnival and the Home & Garden Show and love being able to interact with the community and be involved as much as we can.
Q: What do you value most about this community?
A: I value the small town feel this community has even though it is slowly growing. I like seeing the familiar faces in town and being able to have valuable relationships within the community even after the transactions are complete.
Q: Why did you want to open your business in this community?
A: Aaron was born and raised in Alton and has a large social network here. I moved here a while back and consider it my true home. We feel what better community to assist than the one you call home?
Q: What business accomplishment are you most proud of?
A: I am most proud of helping over 60 client’s buy, sell or invest in real estate in 2021. We helped get them where they need to be and be able to start the next chapter of their lives.
Q: What does the future hold for you and your business?
A: The future is limitless. We are on track to help 60+ more clients in 2022 buy, sell or invest in real estate and realize their dreams. We will continue to grow our business and infrastructure to support further growth and expansion. We want to be known as the “down to earth” casual real estate team that GETS IT DONE!
Q: What is one piece of advice you wish you had as a new business member?
A: There are going to be failures, there are going to be ups & downs. Learn from each and move forward. Do not dwell on the failures as it will slow you down. Stay positive and focus on helping people and you will never fail completely.
