Hello, I am so pleased to join the Alton Business Association and to connect with other local business owners. I have a local mental health counseling practice and currently open to accepting clients who might be experiencing life stressors, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, or other challenges. I typically see individuals ages 18 + and credentialed with several major insurances. I also offer private pay and sliding fee scale options. Mental health is something that can still be difficult to open up about and I aim to provide a safe and open atmosphere for my clients.
I have been a licensed clinical social worker for over 10 years and in private practice for the past four years, recently moving from Maine to the Alton area. I have maintained state licensure for Maine and also licensed in the state of New Hampshire. My physical office is currently located in Wolfeboro and I am also able to offer telehealth counseling services. I look forward to supporting the residents of Alton and the other surrounding towns with their mental health and wellness.
